The Space
With a super-king bed and seriously comfortable mattress, looking out onto the garden for the best nights sleep in a really peaceful location. It is modern in design and interior but has everything you need for a really comfortable stay, with an open-plan living and kitchen dining area.
It has a lean-to off the kitchen where you can spend quiet time having a glass of wine in the evening or a lovely morning coffee. This accommodation is an ideal spot to spend some chill-out time with your other half.

Stay
Minimum three night stays over bank holidays and Christmas holidays.
July and August minimum stay three nights.
Payment
We are happy to accept payment by bank transfer.
We require a deposit of 25%. Due to the small nature of our business, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out
Check in is from 3pm, an earlier check in may be available on request.
Check out is at 10am, as it is a large property with lots of cleaning to do we ask people to please check out on time.
Other
Children are welcome in our house but as it is a home that we are putting thoughtful touches to, we please ask guests of all ages to look after it, and please don’t wear shoes upstairs.
Please note we do not cater for Stag or Hen parties, we have lovely neighbours, and we want them to still like us. So please out of respect for them and other people staying on the property only very well-behaved gathering.
Parking is available for up to four cars in the Main House and one car each for The Garden Shed and The Cart House.
Pets
Unfortunately no pets are allowed to stay on the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking deposits are non-refundable unless a replacement booking can be found. Full payment is required eight weeks before arrival. If you cancel within six weeks of your arrival date, full charge will apply. Parking is available for up to four cars in the Main House and one car each for The Garden Shed and The Cart House.
